Welcome to Vary Psychotherapy, where a deeply attuned approach offers clients compassionate, collaborative treatment.

I specialize in supporting both adolescents (age 12+) and adults, welcoming individuals at every level of prior therapy experience, and all stages of recovery.

If you're experiencing stress from work or relationships, feeling curious about identity exploration, navigating life transitions, struggling with anger, dealing with anxiety, depression, codependency, or substance use, my approach offers a practical, empathetic space for growth.

The therapeutic process creates meaningful opportunities for clients to explore their relational dynamics and behavioral patterns in real time. Humor, warmth, discovery, and play are just as integral to the therapeutic process as the discomfort we encounter in moments of challenge and evolution.

Sessions

Individual session rate: $180 per 50 minute session.

I reserve a limited number of slots for sliding scale appointments. If cost is a barrier, please contact me for current availability.

I offer both in-person and telehealth appointments to residents of California. My office is located in the Silverlake neighborhood of Los Angeles.

Insurance

I’m unable to accept insurance, however I can provide you with a superbill you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Please confirm your plan’s out-of-network policies regarding reimbursement with your insurance provider.
